Microsoft Acquires GitHub for $7.5 Billion

In a move that will both delight some, and infuriate others in equal measure, Microsoft announced this week that it's acquiring GitHub for $7.5 billion. GitHub is the place for developers to share and collaborate on code; whether Microsoft's decision to buy up the service will mean a better offering, or monetization, is yet to be seen.

2018 Logo Trends
