Artificial intelligence is no longer mere fantasy or science fiction; it is currently manifesting in various forms and permanently altering the course of business pursuits and activities. And its impacts are beginning to be felt in very real ways.
As far as the corporate world is concerned, every tech giant from Google to Apple to Amazon is leveraging artificial intelligence in a variety of ways to enhance and augment customer experiences, outreach and communication methods, marketing tactics, and a variety of other touchpoints and tasks.
A.I., however, has since surpassed the point where it's capabilities are reserved for monolithic corporations and institutions. |
